Operator and vehicle qualifications
Independent Operators must maintain suitable credentials, qualifying commercial insurance and vehicle documentation under the rules of the applicable market. Expired or insufficient evidence cannot establish eligibility for new service.
Screening
Screening and driving-history requirements are applied in accordance with the service area and applicable requirements.
Assistance and privacy
Travel-related concerns may be reported through support channels. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Sensitive records must be submitted through the authenticated process, not ordinary email.
